Pilsenské městské dopravní podniky, a.s. (Pilsen Municipal Transport Company) undertakes to make the content of its website accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amending Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amending certain other acts, as amended, which implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This website is partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended, due to the non-compliance or exceptions listed below.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible:

  1. Due to an unreasonable burden that would interfere with the external content management system:
    • Some form fields lack a more precise data type specification, e.g., email (WCAG 1.3.5)
    • Some form fields do not display a text error message in case of incorrect input (WCAG 1.4.1)
  2. Due to an unreasonable burden that would involve replacing the existing third-party solution for contact chat:
    • The contact chat is not accessible via keyboard (WCAG 2.1.1)
  3. Due to non-compliance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended;
    • The photo gallery contains a relatively large number of mainly illustrative photos that do not have relevant text alternatives (WCAG 1.1.1)
    • Several images lack relevant text alternatives (WCAG 1.1.1)
    • Links in breadcrumb navigation do not have sufficient contrast (links versus text, WCAG 1.4.1)
    • The search field does not have the correct ARIA role set (role=search, WCAG 4.1.2).

Work is still ongoing to bring the website into compliance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll.
