I’ve lost my card
If you lose your Pilsen Card, first block it
By calling our hotline on 371 655 600 (7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.). You will need to know the answer to the security question you entered when you applied for the card.
In person at the PMDP Customer Service Centre (Klatovská 12 or Denisovo nábřeží 12; Mo–Fr 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Sa 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon). You will be able to block the card here even if you did not enter a security question and answer when you applied for the card.

If we do not have your card, we will make a duplicate of the card at your request. For more information about issuing a duplicate of the card, open the tab “Duplicates/Changes”
