If you lose your Pilsen Card, first block it by calling our hotline on 371 655 600 (7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.). You will need to know the answer to the security question you entered when you applied for the card.

In person at the PMDP Customer Service Centre (Klatovská 12 or Denisovo nábřeží 12) you will be able to block the card here even if you did not enter a security question and answer when you applied for the card. Then will make a duplicate of the card at your request.
